Digital Marketing and Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital marketing strategies and sales, with a passion for promoting aviation products and services. Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising efforts.
  • Optimize website content, SEO, and user experience to attract and retain potential clients.
  • Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
• Sales:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our aviation solutions.
• Client Engagement:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and tailor marketing and sales strategies accordingly. 

    • • Probation Period   :Three Months

        Working days : Monday to Saturday (48 Hours)

      • Number of Openings : 1

      • Salary

        During Probation                    : Rs.25,000/month

        If at least one sale done during probation : Rs.30,000/month after probation

      • Incentive                 

        Indian  Sale                 : 1 lakh / Sale

        International Sale       : 1.5 lakhs/Sale

        Additional Income     

        On exceeding target by one sale – 25% additional incentive

        On exceeding target by two sale – 50% additional incentive
