Documentation Process

Conscripting, co-operating, weighing and awarding tenders can be a cumbersome and laborious process. Prominently the process requires cautious thought process and efforts to set up a benchmark to which the bidders can bid on. Such Process ensures that the risks are eliminated with due care addressing to each aspects of the project.

AvEn achieve the aim by following the five major steps:

1. Technical & Commercial Requirements:

We (AvEn in association with the Client) dictate the Technical Requirements in line with the Codes and Standards and best industrial practices around the globe. Local regulations pertaining to the respective geography, International Codes and Standards are set to mandatory compliance whilst Industries’ best practices and universal practices are set for references. Employer’s Requirement addresses the design requirements both as a preliminary design drawing (in CAD format) and narrative to explain the requirement. Where needed 3D design can be supplemented for better clarity to the bidders. Commercial Requirements, Project budget vary between client to client and varies with different countries’ regulations, local regulations etc, which are appropriately captured in the Employer’s Requirement to ensure that the bidders and the contract are always in compliance with the regulations.
2. Project Budget:

3. Bid Evaluation:

We do not compromise in ensuring the compliance of bidder’s techno commercial submission as defined in the Employer’s requirement. Bidders submission against each contractual prerequisite will be appropriately scrutinized and recommendations shall be done in line with weightages allocated accordingly. This includes but not limited to physical inspection of the similar projects successfully executed, relevant dossiers such solvency certificates, project completion certificates, client appreciations if any. Etc.
4. Assessment and compliance testing:

We can assess how tender submissions from applicants comply with the requirements of the tender. This can involve desktop assessment as well as on-site inspections of potential suppliers (e.g. at projects or sites that they have been involved with before).
5. Award of Contract:

We safeguard our customer’s interest by ensuring that the contract being awarded comprehensively covers but not limited to techno commercial parameters, key milestones, resource adequacy, quality and safety adherence etc.
